All of those with an address on Las Vegas Boulevard are on the street which forms the Strip, with the exception of the one in Primm. That town is on the California-Nevada border area of Interstate 15. The first one you listed is the one which is actually on the Strip. I would guess it is in the Fashion Show Mall at Las Vegas Blvd. and Spring Mountain Road. As is the one in the Miracle Mile shops. The others on Las Vegas Blvd. are south of the Mandalay Bay which is the last large hotel going south on the Strip.

Miracle Mile is the Hard Rock Casino
Fashion OUtlet is about 3 miles south of Mandalay Bay
Fashion Show Mall is across the street from Wynn Las Vegas and Treasure Island
There are two listed on the strip:
Miracle Mile Shops – in the Planet Hollywood Hotel (across the street from the Bellagio) towards the center of the strip.
Fashion Show Mall – towards the end of the strip (closer to the Stratosphere) across the street from the Wynn Las Vegas hotel.
Both are fun malls, but I prefer Miracle Mile as Fashion Show can get insanely crowded.
